Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

You may request cancellation of any project or service at any time by notifying us in writing at hr@shakuniya.in. Upon receipt of your cancellation request:

  • We will halt all ongoing work immediately.
  • We will calculate the total cost of work performed up to the cancellation date, including hours logged, resources allocated, and any third-party expenses incurred.
  • The calculated amount will be deducted from your prepaid fees.

2. Refund Terms

After deducting the cost of work already performed, the remaining portion of any prepaid fees will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Service Adjustments

If you have concerns about scope or deliverables prior to cancellation, please contact us at hr@shakuniya.in. We will work with you to adjust the project scope or timeline within the agreed terms.

4. Extraordinary Exceptions

In rare cases—such as force majeure events or other extraordinary circumstances—Shakuniya Solutions may, at its sole discretion, waive or adjust any deductions. All such decisions will be documented in writing.
